Become A Certified Senior Service Provider (CSSP)

The Senior Citizens Bureau now offers SCB University to its Members, Caregivers, and Professionals who work with mature adults the opportunity to learn more about the audience they serve.

We have found that some professionals simply open their doors and begin to sell products and services to mature adults and they may not have taken the time to learn about the audience they serve. The SCB has created an online study course consisting of six study modules to remedy this dilemma.

For our members who simply wish to participate in continuing education and learn more about what’s going on in their community, we are offering many exciting courses to keep you up to date and informed. We are working diligently with partners to also award CEU credits after successful completion of each course. Please see the multiple modules below:
